Xxcellent Kreations (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a custom design and print studio specializing in personalized apparel and printed keepsakes.
All products are custom-made and produced upon order.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Custom Orders & Design Approval
All items are custom designed based on the information and materials provided by the customer.
You are responsible for:
Design proofs may be provided when applicable. Once approved, production begins.
Xxcellent Kreations is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
3. Photo & Content Responsibility
By submitting photos, artwork, or custom content via email or text message, you confirm:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing inappropriate, copyrighted, or offensive content.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through PayPal.
Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Production & Turnaround Times
Production times vary depending on product type and order volume.
Standard production timelines are provided on product pages.
Certain items require advance notice (e.g., banners, backdrops, specialty graduation items).
Rush orders are accepted by approval only and require the separate purchase of a Rush
Fee when applicable.

7. No Refunds on Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our products:
All custom sales are final.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:
Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery and include clear photographic evidence.
8. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before design work begins.
Once design or production has started, cancellations are not permitted.
9. Color Variations
Actual colors may vary slightly due to:
Minor color variation does not qualify as a defect.
10. Intellectual Property
All custom designs created by Xxcellent Kreations remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to use images of completed work for marketing purposes unless the customer requests privacy in writing prior to production.
11. Limitation of Liability
Xxcellent Kreations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered.
12. California Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes arising from use of this website or products shall be resolved in accordance with California law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected by a revised effective date.
