How to Order Memorial Programs

1. Check the size chart (if applicable)
   
2. Place your order online
   
3. Email photos, logos, or design details to info@xxcellentkreations.com
   
4. Include your order number in the email

All custom orders require full payment before design begins.
Production time starts after payment is received and the design has been approved.

Please allow 7–10 business days for standard turnaround.

Rush Orders (Approval Required)

Rush services are available upon request and must be confirmed in advance.

• 1–3 business days: +20% of total order 
• 4–7 business days: +15% of total order 

Rush orders require approval and full payment, including the rush fee, before design begins.
